The most resistant steels used in the construction of swimming pools*

One of Soleo’s pool solutions for private pools, are made with a steel structure that is up to 10 times more resistant than traditional galvanized steel, these structures are composed of steel panels, STEELPRIME.

The STEELPRIME and PRIMESTEEL steel panels were subjected to rigorous tests according to the standards ISO 3497, EN ISO 2808, EN ISO 9227 and EN ISO 4628. The tests, carried out in the laboratory, allowed to determine the mass per unit area, the average thickness of the panel, the thickness of the organic coating and the behavior in artificial atmosphere of neutral saline fog.

Tested by an independent laboratory (LNEG – LMR), and exposed in a salt fog chamber, these panels maintained all their characteristics, proving to be the most resistant steel used in the construction of swimming pools, in direct comparison with the comparative samples submitted to independent analysis.

Up to 10 times stronger than traditional galvanized steel.
